All dishes are freshly prepared: fish from our own ponds are raised by Schneider Trout Farm; many of our products come from regional producers, thereby shortening transport distances.
Claiming the abundance that the Palatine (Pfalz) Region has to offer, we are only content when our guests are satisfied. We gladly accept your suggestions, wishes and ideas.
